My name is Tala Khoury. I have a Bachelors's Degree in Kindergarten and Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
I spent the last decade developing my pedagogical skills and educating diverse learners. I am incredibly passionate about what I do; some of my happiest moments were spent in classrooms, teaching and working with children. I like to meet my students where they are at and work with them to achieve goals that are meaningful to them.
While educational curriculum goals are important, I believe that Social Emotional Learning Skills are often prerequisites to meeting other goals and are therefore an essential part of my educational philosophy.
